Hope this finds all doing well and looking forward to GREAT RVing in 2012. Sharon and I will be going to the International Rally in Gillette WY. 23-30 June. We will be glad to put a Caravan together, if interested, starting out in West TN. to Gillette WY. Plans to follow if there is interest. Four or more makes up a Caravan, three or less we can just arrive together as a group and request to be parked together. Please confirm by by 20 Feb. via e mail as I would like to have the Caravan Package to Linda by 27 Feb. Payment must accompany package. We will be requesting 50A full hook Sat. to Sat. Any Questions please give us a call 901-233-3107.

On a new note this year is the Election of the position Members At Large for the NKK. Anyone interested please see this months NKK Konnection for details. Sounds like fun position providing great value to the club.

Have fun guys: Wally and Sharon and Tony and Ruth stopped by "The Noog" on their way to Bushnell, Fl. for a couple of days before checking in at the Tampa Supershow. Bob and Terry joined them and they all went to Sticky Fingers for ribs and BBQ. Have safe travels and enjoy the Supershow guys.

WOW 2012 is Here!!!! Hope everyone had a Happy and safe New Year. Sharon and I did, we are so Blessed in our Great Country, God Bless America, One Nation Under God. Tampa here we come. Warm weather I hope. It has turned cold in west TN. We will be in Chattanooga Friday 6 Jan. Best Holiday Trav-L-Park, Sat. 7 Jan. Elko Ga. Twin Oaks RV Park and Sun/Mon 8 & 9 Jan. Sumter Oaks RV Park Bushnell Fl. Then Tues. morning 10 Jan on to theTampa RV show. The only ones I currently know that are going are Joe and Kathy, and Tony and Ruth. Anyone else that wants to hook up with us come on. Florida, here we come LOL. Happy New Year and Safe Travels in 2012.

We regret to inform you that we will be leaving The Volunteer Kruisers.

Due to health and financial reasons we found it necessary to sell our

Dutchstar motorhome that we have enjoyed so much over the 10 years

that we had it.

The Volunteer Kruisers mean a Great Deal to us. We had a fantastic time

on each and every rally. We'll never forget the fine people that we have met

and the weight we gained at the rallies. Both will be with us forever.

Thanks Kruisers for all the good times. Maybe we will borrow our sons

motorhome and just show up at one of your rallies this year.

Good afternoon folks again hope this finds all doing well. I talked with Ruth today on the Tampa RV Super Show and here are our plans. For those leaving from TN wanting to hook up with us we’ll meet on 7 Jan. at Twin Oaks RV Park, 305 HWY 26 East, Elko, GA. for reservations ( poc Lisa 478-987-9361 or www.twinoaksrvpark.com) rate is $38.00 a day plus tax. Tell Lisa your with the Tennessee VoLunteer Kruisers so she’ll put us in the same area. We’ll leave the next morning for Bushnell Fl. staying there 8 & 9 Jan. at Sumter Oaks RV Park, 4602 Cr-673, Bushnell, FL. ( phone number 352-793-1333 ) this is a Escapees RV Park member’s rate $15.50 a day plus elect. & tax guest rate $26.00 a day plus tax, they do not take reservations but stated they’ll have sites. I’m going to call again while in GA.. Leaving for Tampa Fair Grounds the morning of the 10th : ). Hope this finds everyone doing great. Sharon and I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving and for those traveling to visit family and friends wishing you a safe trip. Please include our Military serving around the world and our first responders in your prayers on this Thanksgiving Day.

Sharon and I will be going to the Tampa RV Super Show 10-15 Jan 2012 would love to see a group of us Caravan down we could meet up somewhere around Chattanooga or further south. We are flexible with the departure date, 6-8 Jan will work for us. We do need to arrive together to park together.

NKK Konnection will be out early Dec. lots of great activities going on in 2012 one Sharon are really looking forward to is the Western Caravan leaving Gillette WY at the conclusion of the International Rally on 30 June for a 20 day Caravan thru northern WY and ending up at West Glacier MT full details will be in the Dec.Konnection.

Sharon and I are working on the TN State Rally hope to have the details out early 2012. Also Joe is still looking for folks to step up and Host a Rally in 2012 lets all pull together and make The Tennessee VOLUNTEER Kruisers the BEST Chapter in Region 5. Volunteer! Volunteer!Volunteer!Volunteer! That’s the number of Rallies we would love to see in 2012 along with a State Rally. NKK Tennessee State Directors

The Rally in the Valley was a huge success.

Tennessee Volunteer Kruisers held their Fall Rally at the Holiday Trav-L-Park in Chattanooga, Tenn. from October 27^th thru the 30^th, thanks to Bob & Terry Manchik. We had 14 rigs in attendance, some arriving early, while most arrived on the 27^th. After getting settled, we had a Chapter Business meeting at 4pm, led by President Tony Grogan. Minutes of the last meeting held at our Nashville Rally, were read and approved. The treasurer's report was also approved. Also at this meeting Vice President Joe & Kathy O’Connell took over as President and Secretary-Treasurer for the next two years and Ronnie & Hattie Bledsoe were elected Vice Presidents. After the meeting we caravanned to Bea’s Restaurant for a delicious meal.

Friday morning we all enjoyed a delicious Breakfast of Ham, Eggs, Hash Browns and Biscuits put on by Big “O” Ragland and assisted by Phil Budd. The rest of the day was at leisure. Friday Evening we enjoyed a dinner of Hamburgers and Hot Dogs that were provided and cooked by Terry and Bob Manchik and Doxie Frayser with help from Wally Sisk. Everyone else brought a side dish. After dinner we had our traditional Christmas gift exchange with many laughs, especially over the Chattering Teeth that Big “O” picked and was stolen by out new State Director Wally Sisk.

Saturday Morning was a repeat of Friday where we again enjoyed a delicious breakfast of Sausage, Eggs, Hash Browns and Biscuits’ with Gravy put on by Phil Budd and assisted by Big “O” & Mark. After breakfast the men had a Tech session where we discussed topics that we were experiencing with our Coaches and 5^th Wheels. The Ladies enjoyed their Time playing Games. That afternoon the Ladies had a session on Jewelry making while the men enjoyed their leisure. Then at 5:30 we caravanned to the Boat House for Dinner. After that it was time to watch some College Football. Sunday morning it was pack up and say goodby until our next Rally which will be May 9^th thru the 16^th 2012 at the Holiday Trave-L-Park in Chattanooga, Tn.
